ABC Digital - Agencia de Marketing Digital

Great team. They were a huge help during a very difficult time for our company, as we were under attack from our competitors. ABC Digital acted quickly and effectively. Professional and friendly, thank you! 100% recommended. We hope to work with you for a long time to come.

Good

Worst experience ever, came here to build my e/commerce some years ago. The Director refused to sign an NDA, which is pretty standard in the industry. Following that i decided not to work with them before start and cancel, because it did not seem right the resistance for the NDA. The Director or Owner, called me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, loosing all control of himself and manners, rising his voice and threatening me. We had a meeting because he did not wanted to give my money back, he ambushed me and my assistant with 3 lawyers and other man. I had to bring my own legal support, they refunded less than half of the money i payed for my e/commerce. By the way refund policy was not even clear on the contract. Really bad, un/ethical and unprofessional. By the way a lot of reviews in here seem to come from employees, its good to hear real experiences from customers. Be careful.
