GuadaMarketing - Diseño web, Redes Sociales y Marketing Digital en Guadalajara

January 25, 2022: The experience is that he offers all kinds of internet services: SEO, advertising campaigns, and much more. After speaking with him and supposedly receiving several proposals and quotes, I called him from a number that wasn't mine because he didn't answer mine. He told me that nothing had been said, thanking me, but that he was busy with many projects and couldn't take on anything else. In short, I had to chase him down, and he basically didn't clarify anything. January 26, 2022: Hi Sergio, reviews can usually help you improve and learn from your mistakes. Personally, I was upset that you weren't clear with me from the start, and as I mentioned, that after several days I had to chase you down for you to tell me you didn't want to offer me your services. So far, so good. But what you did today—posting a fake review for my company, which doesn't know you at all, just one day after we posted one for you as revenge—THAT IS CONCERNING. Personally, I find it unbelievable that someone who owns a digital marketing company would stoop to this level. If anyone sees this review, they'll probably be afraid to work with you and put their business in your hands. So, if you don't delete the fake review you posted today, I won't delete everything I just explained. I DON'T KNOW HOW BIG YOUR EGO IS, but it's up to you whether I delete everything I just explained. And if I have to post screenshots to make it clearer, I will. Regards.

I appreciate Sergio's professionalism and approachability, which he provides daily in the creation of social media, as well as in other matters that have arisen over the years. For me, he is an excellent professional.

My experience with Sergio has been as a digital marketing course instructor. I want to publicly thank him for his dedication and commitment to sharing his knowledge, answering our questions, and helping us in every way he could. THANK YOU, Sergio. A super interesting course and you're a great teacher.
