Post Up Stand

I want to leave a better review, because I love the end products but as a reseller, the order process is so long and drawn out. It took a week of contacting PostUp to just get the art email to send my designs. I was told I’d have a quote the next morning, but I had to follow up twice to get it. Another 2-3 days of waiting for comments back for proofing just to get an order placed because artwork was cut off the top. Not sure why we can’t just order off the original site with a discount, the web designer and ordering system is great unless you are using resale, then you have to jump through hoops and customer service vs being able to proof the designs yourself. I will continue to update this review as we place more orders and hopefully get better service or at least more familiar with the company, but as a first resale order, it has been a tough process with no clear direction or timeframes.

Stop providing misleading information!! The display my company ordered was advertised as a "quick setup" that magnetized to a frame. We received panels that were cut incorrectly, not magnetized, scratched, and the upper corner of our endcap has a chip taken out of it. They also failed to meet the advertised 7-business day shipping, which is one of the reasons we decided to use this company. Our proof showed that there was a small strip of the main panel image on the right endcap. I had corrected this and resubmitted the file (starting our "7-business day after artwork approval" countdown over). It seems that my re-submitted file was not the one used for the print. So, essentially, I pushed the timeline back by trying to do my job properly, and they did not use that file to do theirs properly. I had to basically harass them to get our booth in time for our tradeshow. After I called to cancel the order, it was rushed to arrive the morning before it was going to ship out which left us no time to view or build it before displaying it. Also, I received the shipping confirmation/tracking after it had already arrived at our office.... So, while at the show, we needed to put all of the magnet strips on the panels ourselves - no instructions were provided whatsoever, and the online instructions do not reference how/where to put the strips on the panels. The magnets are not very strong. The bottom of the panels curl up and look very unprofessional. We are extremely disappointed with this investment. We selected this setup so we could use the same frame and endcaps and replace the panels for our various markets. Since the panels were not cut correctly, we will forever have a mismatched strip on the main design because it is attached to the endcap which we plan to reuse. Also, I just found out that replacement panels do not come with magnet strips. I was told to pull the strips off of the other panels and put them on the new ones. Really? Very disappointed in the service. I ordered a lot of items, 2 weeks after my order I received a conspicuous email saying they couldn’t make one of the items. Very light on details. I spent many hours trying communicate with them about it to unsatisfactory information and results. Wouldn’t do business with them again.
