Thezhen Creative

Disappointing Experience with Thezhen Creative - Not a Full-Service Agency as Promised I had high expectations when I engaged Thezhen Creative for digital marketing services, but unfortunately, they fell short in almost every aspect. Despite their claims of being a full-service digital marketing agency in Malaysia, my experience was far from what was promised. First and foremost, their SEO team was a major letdown. I was assured that they had the expertise to help my website climb to the top of the SERPs, but after months of collaboration, there was barely any improvement. My website's rankings stagnated, and traffic remained disappointingly low. It became clear that their strategies were outdated, and they lacked the proactive approach needed to achieve meaningful results in a competitive market. Moreover, their overall commitment to my project was questionable. Communication was sporadic, and I often felt like I was chasing them for updates and reports. There was a significant gap between what was promised during the initial consultation and what was actually delivered. I expected a cohesive strategy that would integrate SEO with other digital marketing efforts, but instead, I received a disjointed, half-hearted attempt at best. To sum it up, Thezhen Creative did not live up to their reputation as a full-service digital marketing agency. If you’re looking for a partner who will genuinely care about your business’s online success, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I regret choosing them for such a critical aspect of my business.
