I engaged this agency to manage Meta and Google Ads for my brand, with very clear written briefs and reference examples provided from the start. Unfortunately, the execution did not align with what was agreed, despite multiple confirmations. Key issues included incorrect ad formats being used (despite explicit requests and references), wrong creatives and copy going live, insufficient quality control across placements, and legacy assets remaining active longer than intended. Some of these issues were later acknowledged by the agency. While the team was responsive in communication, there were repeated gaps between briefing, confirmation, and actual implementation, which affected brand presentation and campaign confidence. I believe stronger attention to detail, clearer expectation management, and more rigorous QA processes would significantly improve the client experience. This review is shared to help future clients ask the right questions upfront and ensure alignment on execution standards before committing.
