Orange Media Enterprise Sdn. Bhd.

The overall experience has been great. There have been a few issues during installation but immediately solved on the spot. Very professional installation team and also a reliable owner! Highly recommend!

They deserve 5 stars rating. Best Service, Best Price, Superb Quality. Their staffs are friendly, polite. Humble boss. Trust me, their price is cheapest among all, without losing quality. I’ve enquired few signboard companies, where by Orange Media offered exact same thing with much lower price. Had them to make my signboards for two times already, never disappoint me. And I hope they never will.

I engaged Orange Media in early March to create new signage for my business. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. After initial communication with one representative, my project was abruptly handed over to another colleague without any proper handover or notification. This new staff member conducted a site visit without scheduling an appointment or properly discussing the project requirements beforehand, which I found highly unprofessional. Throughout the process, communication was consistently poor. It took several days just to receive a quotation, and after that, there were repeated long periods of silence, during which I had to chase them for updates. Even after receiving a design, there was no proactive follow-up. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and basic respect for my time made it clear that they do not value their clients. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Orange Media. Professionalism, reliability, and clear communication are critical when working with any signage or media company — and sadly, these were severely lacking here.
