Evan Coignet is very proactive and his advice really impacted my business for good

They acted against my explicit and confirmed will and published sensitive data, I prohibited them to publish. Never again. Update: weeks after the sensitive info is still on googles results. I contacted google repeatedly in vain and am now in contact with the authoritîes. Tomorrow I will make an appointment with a lawyer. Sad and pathetic how this escalates

Viber has become a complete joke. They ban and delete groups COMPLETELY RANDOMLY without any warning, explanation or chance to appeal. Zero. Nothing. Just "your group violated our terms" and that's it — no proof, no examples, no human support. At the same time they have the most disgusting selective moderation ever seen: Some groups with obvious scam, crypto pump&dump, phishing links, selling drugs and underage content live for years and get promoted in recommendations. But if you're from certain countries or just say something that moderators personally don't like — instant permanent ban, group deleted, all history gone. They literally protect scammers while destroying normal communities for no reason. Support? Lmao. Bot answers copied from FAQ and "we will not discuss moderation decisions". Viber media team — bunch of incompetent, biased clowns who clearly have favorites and personal vendettas. Used to be decent messenger 8–10 years ago. Now it's just another dead platform slowly killing itself with arrogance and zero respect to users. Avoid creating serious groups here. Sooner or later Viber will randomly nuke it and give you middle finger. 1/10. Actually 0/10. Disgusting.
