BCF - PYL MULTISERVICES SNC

I wanted to visit this store at 9:00 a.m. I waited until 9:07 a.m. It was closed. I drove by again at 9:17 a.m. It was still closed! The exterior appearance of the entrance and the fact that they respect opening hours suggests that the entire store is most likely run this way. In any case, I don't waste time on stores like this! 2 stars because I can't judge the service in the store.

Terrible and unpleasant way the gentleman approaches customers, abusive and mean, I will never go back there, he said that he is the boss and owner of the place and he does not want to send the money. Gentleman with the African accent, terrible way of working, cero customer service 😡😡😡😡 we even went to the police to tell the situation and the gentleman was also very unpleasant talking with the police and without any logical explanation for his behavior, there are cameras there and I will continue with this procedure, it was yesterday October 16 at 4:00 p.m.

It says open on Saturday, however when I wanted to pick up my parcel, the store was closed and i could not reach anybody when calling the advertised phonenumber. If you are closed or gone for a few minutes, you could at least leave a note.
