Synapse Communication | Agence Web & Communication au Luxembourg

Our company used the services of Synapse Communication. We can say that they are a serious, dynamic company with excellent ideas and great responsiveness! We highly recommend them for their communication, creativity, materials, and execution! Top-notch service!

I hired this company to launch my business, aiming to increase my visibility on social media. Unfortunately, their community management services did not meet my expectations. The content they provided was quite basic and didn't deliver the expected added value. Despite several requests for adjustments, improvements remained limited. Once the service was paid for, no significant changes were made, and my feedback was not followed by any concrete actions. No compensation was offered. For these reasons, I would not recommend this company for community management services.

I am delighted with the creation of my website by Synapse Communication. As a web agency in Luxembourg, you perfectly captured the spirit of my tea room, Sara’s Brunch. Thanks to your work on local SEO, we are much more visible to customers in the Boulevard Pierre Dupong area. I highly recommend you for your professionalism!
