Was so easy peasy. We walked in helped immediately and back out. Friendly smiling faces greeted us. A nice bunch of people.
Long wait. Signs encouraging social distancing, but not enough room to allow that. Cox Represetative immediately assumed payment had not been made in a timely manner because it had not cleared my bank when I checked last night. Turns out, Cox processed my payment yesterday. (I had gone in because I received an email that bill was due yesterday). It would have been nice if the rep had just checked on the payment instead of assuming I either had not made the payment or the payment was lost in the mail - before checking their records. Note: this was my first negative experience at this location.
