I was looking a lot for this kind extension (Product Video for Magento) and try few o them and IWDAgency extension is most user friendly and easy. Support is really great, also helped configure on custom theme! And told me what they changed! This extension is so good made that I decided to brief them for create custom extension!!! I'm truly recommend IWD Agency!
I recently purchased and installed what I consider to be the best dealer locator plugin for Magento currently on the market. I had some configuration issues and when I reached out to IWD support, they responded fast and got me up and running in no time. Can't ask for more than that - great products and great support.
I love the support. I have been using this extension for 2 years now and always getting it with extended upgrades. The support is fantastic, and when Magento has their security patches, IWD notifies customers of changes/updates. Good company to work with.
