When I arrived at the reception, I stood there with my baby in my arms for 10 minutes, three ladies from the reception stood there and asked me what the weather was like outside, what they were cooking for dinner today, I said, "Excuse me, can I ask?" They replied, "Wait, we're busy," and continued to stand there and ask, very, very rude :) They came after me and said, "What do you want?" and looked at me with a very angry face, as if you were bothering them :)

A person with a long history of depression is brought in with an ambulance and police escort as a danger to himself, is assessed by a psychiatrist as simply nervous, and is released the same day to deal with his problems on his own. This kind of healthcare is deplorable and I think such professionals should be sitting in the dock, not doing this kind of work.

I was horrified by the reception work! Without any culture, no respect, no help for a person, if you don't know where to go, who to contact or want to ask something, don't even dare to bother the ladies, because from the answer you get you won't understand where they "sent you" anyway. Maybe the government should send them to some communication courses. Well, something terrible and to work in such a place, it was necessary to select employees well, or maybe it's time to change to young, enthusiastic, willing to work people! I would suggest a responsible review of the ranks of the reception staff!
