M & G advertising production studio, UAB

I am very disappointed with this "company" if you can call it that. The order was accepted, the money was transferred and no more news. I was told that a designer would contact me. DESIGNER FOR A PEN? It's a simple thing, just engrave a few words on a pen, but it seems that even what this company can do - it can't. They don't answer calls, they say they will call back, and if by some miracle they manage to call back, most often the person in charge has already left the office. I have written letters and messages and tried to contact this company to get some kind of feedback, but like my father who went out for cigarettes - no news. Absolute disappointment, it feels like monkeys work in the company. You can keep those 40 euros, I believe you will make a profit from them.

Excellent customer service, quality goods, easy delivery terms
