Mazeikiu pirmines sveikatos prieziuros centras

Complete rip-off of customers. You call at best on the 15th time, they answer and say - reception, please wait. And you wait another 10 minutes until the ladies come to chat. It's not the first time that they have put the phone aside and taken the line, giggling and then comforting themselves that they have a lot of work and can't do anything. When you go to the clinic, you can clearly see how busy they are and how they work. There aren't millions of those people there every day.

I went to the dentist because I wanted to talk about my teeth grinding. I told him I was grinding my teeth, but the doctor just said “bad, bad” and that was it – he didn’t offer any explanations, advice or help. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously, even though this problem is really important to me. It’s a shame that patients’ complaints are not responded to in this way.

Great facility, great doctors and staff. Many new services, renovated premises, big changes in the facility under the new management. I recommend 100%
