Henkel's manager Ernestas should feel ashamed. He is far, far from being a manager. He is arrogant, his nose is turned up. He feels very cool. But in reality he is unable to answer 6 questions about occupational safety.

Great company. Manager Andrius is understanding, takes care of everyone. He works hard for his employees, motivates them. You won't find such bright leaders. I recommend it!!

Hello, We spoke to the company several times, in the first conversation it was mentioned that we were going to travel together, that one of us is not a Lithuanian citizen, but has an EU passport. They said everything is fine, we can work. The last week came, before signing the documents they asked for our passports. When they noticed my friend's foreign passport (European Union + Permanent Residence Permit in Lithuania) at the last minute they said that the salary would be significantly lower, almost half of what was promised, and the jobs are also different. All plans collapsed immediately. Because of the positions they offered, we left our current jobs in Lithuania. After careful consideration, we chose to leave anyway, even with a lower rate. On the same day they announced that the offered rate was suitable (one higher, the other lower). We agreed, but the next day they called and said that there were no vacancies and that it was "strange" that we wanted to work for them. I want to mention that everything was coordinated with them a month ago. We met with them several times. I want to inform you that the hiring staff only provided the region (postal code) where we will work and live. The city, where the housing and workplace are located, was not provided. In the future, whoever you work with, find out everything in advance, whether everything is really okay, whether the plans will not change, as happened to us. Be careful.
