I’ve known Arturs for a few years now and have referred many eCommerce brands to Vex because of how talented he is. Not a single one has found his service as not worth the money. Many agencies claim a lot of things but when it comes time to getting results, there’s nothing. But I see the value Vex provides and it’s not something many email agencies can do. Highly recommend!
The experience with VEX has been great. I’m so happy that I don’t have to spend my time on email marketing. Your copywriters and designers are doing a great job. I’m learning a lot from them (especially copywriting). One thing I was worried about were the discount codes (they get easily shared), but I can see that the codes always have an expiry date and we don’t have people abusing them. We’re a happy customer and I haven’t ever thought about doing email marketing in house or using any other agency.
Communicative, professional, and a true subject matter expert within his craft/vertical. Would recommend working w/ Jon and his team. If you've been comparing and contrasting options, feel free to consider trying Vex out!
