Very rude and disgusting agents!
The bureaucracy hasn't gone anywhere, it's gone away or been driven underground. But good people are smoothing out the rough edges.
Very, very bad impressions 😡 from one employee. Kristina ... I think everyone who has encountered her has already understood. She uses tactless language and derogatory words, behaves arrogantly. She did not want to help in any way. The President of Latvia has shown hospitality to the citizens of Ukraine, providing assistance and the opportunity to live in Latvia, but judging by Kristina's behavior, he did not consult with her.
