As customers if you are paying money for a service WE ONLY WANT THE BEST!!!But unfortunately I started a Google campaign with one of their agents (Tom) he totally disappeared and has not completed my WORK NOR DOES HE REPLY MY MESSAGES! it has been 2 months and the agreement of views and advertising has not been COMPLETED Pls Be aware and cautious ⚠️. The Trust is Broken 😔 & I have not been able to contact a manager.

I want to share my experience and warn others. I strongly suspect this company is a scam. The so-called “office” doesn’t exist, and the person in charge (Tom) is always offline or unavailable. Most of the time, he simply uses ChatGPT to answer questions, without giving any real or professional guidance. His attitude is arrogant, greedy, and far from trustworthy. At first, I paid 5,000 to try the service. For a short time, it seemed to work and I was satisfied. Based on that, I decided to trust him further and upgraded with an additional 20,000. Unfortunately, from that moment, everything changed — absolutely no results, no follow-up, and extremely poor communication. When I confronted him, he even blamed the “poor quality” of my website — which made no sense, since I was actually getting many leads during the short period when the campaign was running properly. I also strongly suspect that those dithyrambic reviews you see online are fake, written only to lure more victims. This person takes your money, delivers nothing, and hides behind excuses. I feel cheated and I don’t want anyone else to fall into the same trap.
