Dealer Car Search

After deciding to end our service with Dealer Car Search and transition to another company that better fits our dealership's needs, we worked with Rick Brady as our representative. Despite some challenges with DCS over the past two years, Rick is the reason we’re giving this experience a five-star review. He was prompt, professional, and understanding, addressing our concerns efficiently. Rick provided his direct contact information, encouraging us to reach out during our remaining three weeks of service. His genuine demeanor made the conversation enjoyable, and he followed up with a confirmation email as promised. Thank you, Rick, for ensuring our departure from DCS was marked by excellent service!

We have enjoyed having Dealer Car Search as our website provider for many years now. Chris in support is always helpful and knows his product. Thanks Chris for your help today.

Our team has been using Dealercarsearch for 10 Plus years and they have the best customer service! Anytime I have an issue with the Facebook posting tool or inventory they are quick to answer the phone and I've always had my issues handled. Would definitely recommend them to any dealership
