It was here that I was able to instill in myself the mindset and skills of a marketer, and now I can plan and execute all kinds of strategies, from local startups to global brands. I also graduated with an MBA, and the areas of marketing strategy I learned about in graduate school from the president of AT Kearney and partners at the BCG Group (designing objectives and KPIs, understanding market customers, insight research, brand equity, creative design, etc.) were almost entirely covered. What's more, the community allows you to get your hands dirty with technology and copywriting to the point where marketing practitioners can create promotion plans, so it's extremely well-honed. And yet, the atmosphere created by CEO Fukuda-san and his staff is not at all condescending, but rather supportive, saying "Let's achieve results together!" and I was surprised at how serious they are about educating marketers. Of course, in marketing work, there is the pressure of having to face numerical responsibility alone, but seeing the community members and staff persevere time and again until they see results gives me courage. I was a complete beginner, but even after graduating from the school, I had the opportunity to do practical work more than 60 to 70 times in a community called "Guild," and it is a wonderful learning and practice community where I feel like I am growing every time.

When I searched for marketing schools, I found only web marketing schools, but I decided to enroll at this school because I thought they would teach me marketing from the basics, which I thought was what I needed. I actually attended and graduated just recently. Here are four reasons why I'm glad I enrolled. 1. Practical Group Work Lectures aren't just classroom-based; there are also group work sessions where you can put what you learned that day into practice. It was great that you didn't just watch and listen, but also put it into practice right then and there. The group work also brought together people with diverse backgrounds, so I was able to hear opinions that I would never have thought of myself, which was very stimulating. 2. Comprehensive Follow-Up System I didn't miss any classes during the program, but there is a follow-up system in place for when you do miss a class. Also, if there are any areas you didn't understand in the lectures, there is after-school time where you can ask questions. If you have any questions later, they will accept and answer them via message. The instructors and staff are all friendly and approachable, so it's easy to ask questions. ③ Free Monthly Events Every month, students can attend various free events, including in-depth lecture content and events featuring active marketers. I'm sure other schools would charge for these events. Honestly, the content is very worth the money. For me, it's free, which is a relief. ④ Connecting with Other Students MERC Education has a system that allows students to connect not only with their current classmates but also with past classmates. In fact, when I attended an office relocation party, a classmate shared a product they'd created, and the connections between students even blossomed into a business. Another great thing about the school is that it doesn't end with lectures, there is a community of alumni, and an environment where you can continue to learn together with your peers!
