Even after 9pm, the lights are still beautiful. If you're from the Labor Standards Office, please come and see it from Hamarikyu.
They give estimates in terms of man-hours, which shows how slow the work is. Also, the price is ridiculously high, but the quality of the output is low, and it's rare to get anything worth the price.
