YKK AP Showroom Osaka

The showroom was spacious and beautiful, but it was tiring to have to explain each company one by one. There was a kids' space for children, but there were no toys, so someone had to keep an eye on the kids. It would have been great if a childcare worker could have been there for us, especially since it was such a long time.

I made an online reservation and went there. The reservation time was only one hour, and the time had already passed by the time I had looked at one product and listened to a brief explanation. There was no time to carefully observe, ask questions, or take notes. The staff, who were rushing through explanations one after another, also seemed to be short on time. The showroom may have its own reasons, but who is this showroom for? I would be grateful if they could be more considerate to visitors. There is no YKK showroom in Wakayama, so I hope they know that there are people who want to take the time to visit.

I visited for a business meeting. The hands-on showroom, reception, and all the other hospitality were fantastic, and I was once again impressed with their entrepreneurial attitude. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone building a house or involved in the process!!
