I bought a 100V spot cooler that can be used for both heating and cooling. I bought it through Iseki and it cost about 130,000 yen including tax. The heating temperature can be set up to 45°C, but the outlet only reaches 21°C. When I inquired, I was told that it only had half the capacity. 21°C in the winter is too cold to be useful. It's clearly only for cooling. Selling it without knowing it has no heating capacity is a fraudulent business practice. I've requested a return and refund, but I haven't received a response yet. This is a sloppy company.
