The staff were so kind and friendly. It really made my day. They were very attentive to my requests. There was a staff member who spoke English well, so communication was easy. It was the best experience buying a guitar. I'd love to visit again.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience buying a guitar. Ogata-san was so incredibly helpful and polite the entire time, allowed me to practice my Japanese questioning while also trying to communicate back to me in English. I found a specific Momose guitar I wanted on their website and thankfully they still had it when I arrived at the store. I asked Ogata-san if I could try it out and received a very enthusiastic response and took me over to the guitar. Normally at stores in America once you have the guitar you have to walk around looking for an amp that’s plugged in, then continue searching for a cable. This made me all the more unprepared for his first question after handing me the guitar: would I like to play a Marshall or Fender amplifier? Once we decided on an amp he got the whole thing set up for me. I thought that was it but he then kneeled down next to the amp, pulled a tuner out of his apron pocket and immediately tuned the guitar for me. After strumming a couple times to make sure it was in tune he then plugged it into the amp to make sure all the amp settings work. Only after he verified that both the guitar and amp were in perfect working condition did he hand it over to me and sure enough the wait was worth it. I often reflect on the many guitars in my life I didn’t buy because of small issues: old strings and dirty fretboard, bad setup, etc. I didn’t have a chance to even consider any of those because what they handed me was a perfectly set up, tuned instrument plugged straight into a dialed amp. After I confirmed that I’d buy the guitar they took it back from me, wiped the whole thing down, inspected it with incredible professionalism, had me inspect and verify the condition, re-wiped the guitar down and then put it in the Momose gig bag for me to take home. I walked out of that store with that Momose guitar, a couple pedals I had been looking for, and the knowledge that once I get home to the USA I’ll be forever disappointed by
