Data Relation Marketing Co., Ltd.

I work as a sales agent for PayPay's paid plan contracts. I tell them I don't need it if it's not free, but they keep pushing me. They won't tell me the company name unless I ask multiple times. How is this a white-collar company? It's annoying.

Please stop the persistent sales calls from PayPay, even though I have refused them many times. Also, please stop the dirty tactics of trying to contact me by pretending that there was a problem with my existing payment, saying, "Please call the representative back about the payment, even though it's a sales call."

I received no proper training and didn't understand the system, but they told me to "get used to it, and ask questions about how to do things." They made me make phone calls out of nowhere. I didn't even know the input rules, so I asked questions each time, and they reported me to the temp agency for having "problems with my computer skills." They even told me to ask each time! Plus, it wasn't a PC, but a tablet with a keyboard, so it was full of bugs and glitches... and the instructions were all different depending on the person... It was just too bad! Out of all the group companies, it was the worst. Not even a 1-star rating, I'd be happy with a minus! (~_~;) Fortunately, the temp agency representative quickly introduced me to my next job.
