This time, we asked them to completely renew our website to coincide with the opening of our new store. They created a wonderful website, and although we had also asked them to take photos, our new store renovation work meant that the photos could not be completed in time, but they were able to take some wonderful photos professionally. We are very much looking forward to developing our new website.

While the website was nicely created, the SEO and customer attraction effects I had hoped for (and had been briefed about beforehand) were not satisfactory. I also asked them to manage listing ads, but there were no results. I understand that ads don't always produce results, but the support and follow-up were completely different from what was explained to me before signing the contract. These superficial differences between reality are expressed as "completely different from what was explained to me before signing the contract."
