I signed a contract about a year ago. I wouldn't even give it one star. To be frank, I regret it. The circumstances leading to the contract were that I had refused from the beginning, but in the end, I think we talked for about 6 or 7 hours. Looking back now, I realize I was forced into a situation where I couldn't make a sound judgment. I'm not even satisfied with the finished product, and it has resulted in zero customer acquisition. There has been no support since then, and I have nothing but distrust. I'm still paying, so I have to deal with them for several more years, which is painful, and I just want to cut ties with them as soon as possible.

In my case, the website was created with great care, including the photography and video shooting. They also implemented SEO measures, so I feel like everything they did was true. However, you should create a website only after you have clearly defined your company's concept. If you don't communicate this to the other party, the website will end up being just a superficial outline. And the cost is too high. You'll be tied down to a long-term loan with no way to cancel, so it's best to be prepared for any major changes before making a decision.

The sales person was very enthusiastic and helpful, explaining various things like the benefits of creating a website. He also said he would provide follow-up support. However, naturally, the sales person was replaced by another person, and even when I did as instructed, I got no results at all (although he said that it wasn't guaranteed to be effective), and I don't think he even checked to see if I was updating the website. (←He said that if I hadn't updated it, he would contact me and ask me to do so!) Even though the sales person's job was to sell, there was such a huge discrepancy between what they said and what they actually did, as well as the cost-effectiveness, that I can't help but feel deceived.
