Starting with the renovation of our website, Rikuto has been providing us with monthly support and advice. They provide clear advice using quantified data every month, and our renewal rate has increased compared to before. We are extremely grateful for their accurate advice and suggestions. Thanks to them, we have been receiving more and more inquiries, and we have come to realise how important it is to attract customers online. We are looking forward to seeing future developments and reactions!! We will continue to update our website daily to make it even better. We look forward to your continued support.

They were involved in the redesign of our company website. We had a strong desire to help people with their housing concerns and showcase many examples of our work, but our website was hardly being viewed at all. After numerous meetings, they created a wonderful website, and their advice on operation and management, including various social media platforms, after completion was extremely helpful. Even now, they respond quickly to any questions or changes, which is a great help. It's been about two years since the redesign. We are delighted to see a steady increase in inquiries and consultations about housing from customers via our website and social media! We look forward to continuing our collaboration.

Let me share some honest feedback from the process of creating our website. I was introduced to you by an engineer I know. We requested a complete migration of our existing, quite complex website. Your team provided thorough support, from consultations to appropriate proposals and even a marketing strategy after the project went live. There are many web development companies out there, but I think the biggest fear for us as clients is spending money and not seeing results. I haven't seen the finished product yet, but I'm so impressed by your team that I want to leave a review myself. Let me share some comments I received in the course of my daily work. ///We believe it's important to "create together," and we've focused on creating an environment where everyone can easily voice their opinions...If you have any concerns about our work, please feel free to let us know! /// The client was a novice with no prior experience in web development, IT literacy, or design. While clients, including myself, say whatever they want, we still have to work together to create something, even while being limited by production materials. I always think that this kind of work can only be carried out by the most professional of professionals. At the very least, our company is really glad that we asked Rikuto to handle the project. We look forward to your continued support.
