I relied on them for website creation, etc., etc. A REAL DISASTER!!! I'm desperate!!!

I'm desperate. I entrusted them with the creation of a website... a very basic website sold at exorbitant prices. A Google campaign cost €2,000 that yielded nothing, not even any requests. I discovered that the keywords were related to another product sector. They basically entrusted me to a kid with no experience in Google advertising campaigns. They took over my domain, or rather, they hid the ownership of the domain, which is supposedly my company, and they don't want to give it back. I created a configurator on the site to estimate the doors, which cost me €3,000, and had it done by a third party. The result is that neither the site nor the configurator are online today. A huge financial loss. I want my site and my domain back. They blocked the page and left emails active where viruses were arriving from their servers every day... a nightmare! Please, can someone tell me how I can get rid of them? I'm desperate! 🤦🏻‍♂️ forget it Also, they offer you a repayment plan for payments, and yet they don't publish anything and cause you insane damage. Leave it alone, believe me!!!!!! I'm even forced to give these damned people a star.
