I was scammed, and luckily I realized it. They pretended to be GOOGLE MY BUSINESS ITALIA, offering a wide range of services. They told me they'd have a technician call me to set up my business and my online store. Instead, I just found a charge on my bank account for over €800! And what's even more incredible is that there's no contract in place and no contact person. As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately blocked their account! Now I'll take action to protect myself from these scammers!

People who have you call from a call center with a Milan area code, pretending to be Google Italy, with no mention of the company in question. Then they disappear for about twenty days, and well after the deadline they claim is allowed by their "contract" (which has no legal value), they magically appear in your email, sending you a "contract" and an invoice for €305.61. On their website, in addition to the verb "to have" without the "h," they also include a fake Google badge! What charming pranksters! 😂😂😂 One star because you can't get any lower. Be careful!

BEWARE They pretend to be GOOLE employees. They make commercial offers on behalf of Google, register contracts, and say they won't charge you anything until further confirmation and receipt of the contract. Instead, they disappear. After the 14 days to cancel the contract, they deduct the money from your account. After 15 days, they send you the contract and other materials, leaving you unable to do anything because it's too late. During the 14 days allowed to cancel the contract, I tried several times to contact the number from which I was called, but it was obviously disconnected. I contacted Google, which obviously had nothing to do with the call, and only after receiving the charge did I find out who I had provided the information from: La Duomo Srls. Furthermore, they had made me a positioning offer over the phone. The offer, included in the contract, includes the creation of a Google My Business profile, which I already have.
