It's only caused me problems. Over a year ago, I paid to renew my website and the associated emails. As a result, after I paid the invoice, my website was taken down and my emails blocked. This caused significant financial damage to the company.

We had a terrible experience with Livio Olino. After getting paid in advance, he never completed the agreed-upon work. After 20 days, we never received the graphics/creative for our meta ads. He started not responding on WhatsApp or using vulgar language. He postponed the start of the work every day. After 20 days, the ads never started, nor was a single graphic sent to us. We paid for a month's worth of ads and found ourselves with absolutely nothing. Every day, with a different excuse, he shifted the blame for his lack of work onto the client, in a tone that was completely unkind and unfriendly, to say the least. He began insinuating that our landing page violated the meta rules. Unfortunately, it's currently in use, with active and performing ads, on another truly professional social media platform that got everything up and running in less than 7 days. Be extremely careful, because if you ask for a refund, Mr. Livio Olino will first have you send him a certified email (PEC) in which he has you sign a form he wrote himself, asking you to state that you will not leave negative reviews (obviously he's afraid the truth will be discovered). He'll give you a deadline for your refund. Then, when you request a refund, which obviously hasn't arrived, he'll tell you again that you're not entitled to it and that you're engaging in "extortion and blackmail" by demanding the return of YOUR MONEY. He'll also tell you that he'll go to the police to report you for extortion (perhaps even reporting himself for defrauding you!). He's also threatening to sue you for "defamation" if you exercise your consumer right to leave a negative review. It was a terrible experience. We will take legal action to get our money back, because fortunately there is justice, but we advise you to stay away from this dishonest behavior completely. Seek out HONEST professionals.
