Terrible. They've probably changed management or changed the machinery, but they can't bind a book adequately anymore. The high price tag means poor quality. The glue on the spine isn't even, and the book cover is all wrinkled. They called me to reprint it, but after two weeks, at my request, they sent me the original book back. Not very reliable. There are other, cheaper printers. I don't recommend it.
