Essemme Digital

A reliable, knowledgeable person who immediately makes everyone feel at ease. He manages to explain everything in a simple, professional, and intuitive way, despite the sometimes complex content. I recommend him.

Very clear and thorough. I did other research and took other courses, but their professionalism made the difference. They explained everything well, and even afterward, they gave me all the answers I was looking for. I recommend starting a course with them, as they know what they're doing. See you in the studio and online.

Negative experience . I had essemme digital support me for about three months, but I had a terrible experience with everything. I must say, the guys were very kind and helpful, but... . Every time I tried to exchange ideas with them, I always got the response, "We're full these days, sorry," even though I was paying them handsomely for a service they didn't provide. They always tagged their social media page under their posts, so my profile already had little interaction, and the few users who did arrive would leave. As for content creation, I had to take care of everything, including turning it over, editing it, and designing it. They only handled the text and covers, so there was zero exchange of ideas. In short, a terrible experience, little initiative, and no availability. ANSWER There have always been exchanges of ideas, but I have something to say. How many times have I asked what you thought about a certain topic and you responded after days, if not a week, with "why are we full?" when I continued to pay regularly? Not to mention the fact that I was always the one proposing ideas; I never received any ideas or input from you to try to grow my profile. I never expected an immediate response; unfortunately, I repeat, one didn't even arrive the next day, sometimes not even a week later. So, I pay you to help me, but I have to provide the input, suggestions, and ideas for the content... well, that's a good contribution, despite the thousand ways I tried to explain to you what I do and who I'm addressing. I never expected dramatic results; I found myself forced to end the collaboration due to ZERO initiative on your part, zero input, and zero ideas. It was just creating photos and carousels based on ideas I provided, and there was very little exchange. I'm also very sorry, because initially we got along well, but in the long run, the limited exchange of ideas left me with no other choice. Good luck.
