I'll conclude by adding a note that could be viewed negatively, and which somewhat unsettled me in choosing the star rating: Giacomo is certainly a capable and competent professional, but he tends to initially lack tact and empathy toward clients. Of course, we're talking about work, and therefore it requires the utmost seriousness on both sides. But then, as he explained to me later, the need to be strict and peremptory in his requests, especially in the first meetings, arises to optimize and ensure the final result is flawless. Well, what more can I say?! If I could go back, I'd contact him at least a year before I first heard from him!
