Worst experience I've ever had! Incompetent, terrible graphics, and never punctual! I lost €600 on a Google campaign with poor results! Now I'm forced to maintain a contract with Instagram for the whole year, because they say you can't back out of the contract, there are even clauses, which they don't respect first and foremost! You're pathetic! You're not serious at all! Change your profession.

They called for a "non-repayable grant." After the initial phone call to explain, a video conference appointment was scheduled with a consultant. The video conference link was never received, resulting in a waste of time waiting and making the phone call. I'll be happy to reevaluate this situation if they keep their promises in the future, but, as of today, the experience reflects the star rating of this review.
