I've known the owners of akomi for years and have attended many of their events. They've always been professional and enthusiastic. I recently had the opportunity to receive support for an important event I was organizing. I was particularly behind schedule, and the event (an international conference) isn't their core business. Nevertheless, they patiently and professionally dedicated their time to reaching a solution. Regarding Undersecretary Vittorio Sgarbi's assessment (an offense to decency and good manners), I believe akomi's ironic yet composed response is a sign of culture and intelligence in the face of those who, to defend their ego, use insults and rude shouting!
