I own a small home accessories boutique and have always created content for my social media independently. It wasn't bad, which is why I never looked into agencies. I met Michele, who finally convinced me to rely on SORA. Not only have the numbers increased, but I no longer have to spend hours thinking about how to make and edit videos! Soramedia, totally incompetent; I wanted to start a newspaper called palermocromaca. They didn't even check whether the domain was free, and I found out it belonged to City News's Palermotoday. Exposing me to risks. They're hungry for money. I asked them to be kind enough to charge me in August, when the no longer-born newspaper was supposed to launch, and they demanded payment in June, citing reasons that the client—me—wouldn't have served. But The thing that pisses me off the most is that they didn't even check the domain, which I couldn't have used. Mediocre. Rude. Good at promoting ceramic shops but not newspapers. Furthermore, one of them used brothel-like language, and—if I remember correctly—since I'd given them the email address of the editorial staff of this newspaper I wanted to start, they made a subtle threat, as if I didn't know what they were up to. The Apulian even had the nerve to say he felt disrespected by me because I didn't pay them for the six hours they spent on my project. Obviously, six hours for them; there was no actual proof that he had quantified that time. They didn't feel respected by me, and I? That I would have used a domain belonging to a media network. What should I say today? The little guys obviously won't admit they were wrong, but I'm happy they worked for me, and I very kindly "ignored" them. Also, be careful when they give estimates, because they aren't the same ones; they change on the fly. This has never happened with any professional. Young, incompetent, ambitious, arrogant, only suited to promoting breweries.

I did a three-week internship with them through my school, Luigi Fantini in Vergato. I had a great time, did so many interesting things with them, and even worked for clients. They're incredibly friendly and helpful. Trust them with your company, business, etc.
