I would like to highly recommend Adi. Adi accompanied me during the period of opening the business and gave me exactly what I needed – a combination of deep professional knowledge in marketing along with mental guidance and the right push to take action. She helped me understand important principles, build the path in an orderly manner and stay focused even when it was not easy. The period with Adi was very meaningful and important for me. Thanks to her, I was able to move the business forward with confidence and calm, and feel that there was someone guiding, supporting and leading. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who is before or during the opening of a business and wants real, professional and caring guidance.

An empowering and life-changing experience Adi Deskilovich is an amazing mentor of the highest level. Her guidance is done with genuine care, broad vision and a rare ability to get down to the smallest details – the ones that make all the difference. At every stage, the safe leadership, the wholehearted investment and the belief in the person in front of her are felt. Adi knows how to break down processes into clear, practical and precise steps, while at the same time strengthening, encouraging and giving a sense of security on the way to fulfilling personal potential.
