It is so far the fastest and most reliable. As they claim to be. Too bad they haven't covered all areas, but I was told they are expanding. That's another good news
Been with this provider for years but their technical help is getting from bad to worse. In times of trouble, when trying to ask for technical support, their bandung office number is unreachable. Help is just not available. The only way is calling their jkt office. Is a real disappointment.
Using CBN provider was a huge mistake. The connection drops constantly, and there is absolutely no action taken within the first 3 working days. Even after 3 days — and only after I complained repeatedly — there is still no guarantee that they will actually fix the problem. My worst experience: the internet was down for more than 2 weeks, and when they finally checked, it turned out the modem from their side was faulty. Completely unacceptable. If you need stable internet and proper service, choose another provider.
