I've been a subscriber for the past 3 years, and I've never had a problem. For some reason, when I tried to reprint the same file, I encountered a size error. Oddly, of the 3 files, only 1 was the wrong size. For what I thought was a ridiculous reason, the staff explained that the size change might have occurred because they changed computers, but why didn't the other files change? To the owner, I request a review from the staff member named "Dani." 1. I reported the size error, along with the photo, via WhatsApp. After much discussion, I was told to come to the printer (I live in Nusa Dua). When I arrived there, I thought there would be a solution. It turned out that the error was only to show and convince them that I was the one (I'm a subscriber and have been printing the same images, designs, and files). 2. After arriving there, the staff always assured me that the error was mine. It's true that they had provided a description on the image of the file they sent, but I wasn't told to double-check the size because the computer was new, and there might be a size difference. What's more, the color of the size text used barely indicates that the file being sent tells the customer to check the file, size, and image. There's no such thing (check WhatsApp). I feel like I've been a long-time customer with the same file, and I'd even think something was wrong. 3. After I told them to check WhatsApp, which chat indicated I should check the file size? Because there's a size difference from a computer change (as they reasoned), they casually replied, "Nothing like that." Judging by their gestures and style of speaking, I suspect they lack any soft skills in customer service. 4. My initial intention was simply to get help reprinting with the correct size on the same day. And this solution was what I wanted to hear from the start, clearly mentioned on WhatsApp, when I wasn't on my way, I didn't want to wait.
