If I want to contact a technician, it's really difficult... my wifi has been down for 3 days, I made a report and suddenly the report status changed to completed even though my wifi is still not on, if it's like this, it's really a loss.

Again.6 weeks of no internet . Nobody response. Nobody reacts on messages . Only AI response. Terrible service. I will never recommend this provider . Worse service i ever experienced . I payed upfront so they don t care anymore.
