The team has been incredibly attentive and responsive — always patient with my many questions and quick to provide helpful guidance. While we're still waiting for some campaigns to go live (like LSA and PPC), the process has been smooth and well-communicated so I'm excited to see the results. Worked with this company after they had purchased the marketing company that I had been working with previously and they basically explained to us that the company they bought had done a horrible job and that they needed to redo everything and it would cost double what we were previously paying which was already 5 figures. We asked for an exit call and additional information and received nothing. Return on investment is extremely low compared to other companies in the industry. Proceed with caution, a sales person sells you, and you never hear from them again. Then you are bounced around a team the entire time.
