Ghosts, not so different from other reviews posted. Good first meeting and then...ghosts. Glad we found this out before we started with them. Bullet dodged.
Gave this company a chance as I normally do not take sales calls. The people were very nice, but they ended up 'big timing' us at the last minute before a meeting and wasted several hours of our time. They were professional in manner which earns them the 3 stars. Minus 1 star for wasting months of our time & minus 1 star for not being able to see anything outside of a dollar sign on a report. By that, I mean not considering other factors such as denying all incoming Amazon orders for not being able to update our cost on products. This is where we needed help. Wish them all the best, but they cannot see the forest for the trees and that is a big red flag for me as a small business.
