AD TRAVEL

Very nice and helpful people there. I enjoyed my journey with ad-travel very much.

Great agency, young and dynamic team, tailored made trips.

We had an outstanding experience working with Planet Iceland and our travel planner, Trent Adams. We were connected with Trent through the Lonely Planet Journeys platform, and from the very beginning, we knew we were in great hands. Trent took the time to truly understand what we were hoping for in our Icelandic holiday. He presented us with several thoughtful options and carefully crafted a ten-day itinerary that balanced time with family, independent sightseeing, and scheduled tours — including visits to the iconic lagoons. The pacing was excellent and allowed us to experience Iceland fully without feeling rushed. We were very pleased with the hotel accommodations throughout our stay. Each property felt well chosen and comfortable, making it easy to relax after full days of exploring. As is often the case in Iceland, we had to adjust a few tours due to weather, but everything worked out smoothly. In fact, one of the absolute highlights of the trip was a helicopter tour on a perfectly sunny day — an unforgettable experience. Another incredible moment was when Trent personally called us the night the northern lights were especially brilliant to make sure we stepped outside to see them. That level of care and attention truly went above and beyond. We really couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with Trent and Planet Iceland. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful planning made for a seamless and memorable trip. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a journey to Iceland.
