Ströer Online Marketing

This company's practices are deceptive, and fraudulent. They've been charging us 46.41 € per month to have our business information displayed on obscure websites (who still uses Navmii/TomTom/Nextdoor?). To date, we've paid a staggering total of 2227.68 euros for absolutely nothing. Despite this, we've had to personally update and enhance our listings on Google Maps and Facebook. From a business standpoint, the value of their service is non-existent, and I find no justification in paying them. I can manage this myself far more effectively. Upon contacting them to terminate the contract due to the lack of results, we explicitly expressed our desire to cancel the service. Yet, they've made the process convoluted, asking us again if we want to cancel. They've employed arbitrary rules to trap us for another year, using senseless justifications. I refuse to remain silent and be subjected to this treatment. These include our cancellation request, their subpar website interface, and the irrelevant platforms they promote. Their practices are a complete swindle. As customers, we deserve to have our voices heard. They aren't rulers; they cannot summarily reject our requests and force us into another 12 months of incompetent service. If a company refuses to treat its customers with respect and coerces them into paying for a substandard service, they should be prepared for negative feedback like this.
