Ikonmedia

I've been there twice – and each time I was thrilled! An agency that sets the standard! I was incredibly fortunate to complete two internships at IKONMedia UG – and what can I say? I'm more than just satisfied – I'm thrilled, inspired, and grateful! From day one, you can feel it: everything here operates at an extremely professional level, yet with a warmth that is second to none. The boss? Absolutely top-notch! Friendly, clear, and driven – a true visionary. The employees? Brilliant, competent, and helpful – a well-coordinated team that works with passion and expertise. I was immediately welcomed into the team and was able not only to contribute but also to learn an incredible amount. The agency itself is a dream: modern office, creative atmosphere, its own kitchen, separate restrooms for men and women (which, unfortunately, isn't always the case) – everything is thoughtfully designed and stylishly furnished. You can tell: attention to detail is paramount here. Quality is valued. An environment that inspires. What impressed me most: The entire company process is perfectly structured. Every step, every project, every idea is tailor-made for the client. This agency isn't your average, run-of-the-mill advertising firm – IKONMedia is one of the most progressive advertising agencies I've ever encountered. They don't produce standard solutions here – they create unique concepts, strong brand identities, and creative masterpieces. I learned an incredible amount about vocational training, marketing, media design, project planning, and client communication – knowledge that will definitely help me in my future career. This internship wasn't just a stop on my journey – it was a springboard. Therefore: IKONMedia UG is my unqualified recommendation for anyone who values quality, creativity, and professionalism – whether as an intern, employee, or client. Thank you for everything! Five stars – and if I could, I'd give it ten.
