MOVESELL GmbH

Addendum to the original review: Trust1/Movesell decided to accept the cases agreed upon in the contract. These were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The deduction is for the effort we incurred. _________________________________________________________________ The project "Improving customer reviews on our (shop) websites" was initially planned for one year. Trust1's (Movesell GmbH) support was to be limited to a specific number of cases for the calendar year. We had redeemed 25% of this by the halfway point of the year when we were suddenly informed that the company was being dissolved. Only after repeated inquiries were we refunded a partial amount of approximately 25%, which is far from the amount that should have been credited back to us. Trust1's service was therefore limited to removing four reviews and providing monthly statistics that a first-year IT student could produce better. Apparently a very good business strategy for making a lot of money with little work. Hiring a lawyer directly about these bad reviews would certainly have been cheaper.

A great agency with a fantastic team. We feel well looked after and value the reliable collaboration. We really appreciate how uncomplicated and pleasant everything is!

We've been working with Movesell for over two and a half years now – and are consistently satisfied. The collaboration is always professional, transparent, and pleasant. We particularly appreciate the clear communication and the results on the marketplaces, which speak for themselves. Unreservedly recommended!
