UnitedAds GmbH

An excellent double-header on Google Ads (Basic and Advanced). The introductory seminar provides a good overview of Google Ads, while the advanced seminar on the following day delves deeper into the most important aspects. A thoroughly successful and highly recommended event!

Great seminar! I learned a lot, and we were able to exchange ideas perfectly as agency employees. The Google Analytics Advanced Seminar is an excellent opportunity for advanced users to delve even deeper into Google Analytics and see everything else the tool has to offer. I would gladly book another seminar.

Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against using United Ads GmbH based on our experience. We signed a contract for the management of our Google Ads campaigns for a minimum term of three months after a promising initial consultation. However, shortly after the contract began, we experienced our first major disappointment: We were immediately assigned a freelancer who barely managed our ads and failed to achieve any significant results. The service was simply inadequate, which is why we decided to terminate the agreement as quickly as possible and simply let the contract expire. Due to circumstances within our company, we had increased our ad spend, which immediately had a negative impact on United Ads' billing. Instead of the contractually agreed €850, we were billed almost €3,000 – without a single change being made to our ads. Our repeated inquiries regarding this exorbitant bill went completely unanswered by United Ads. As if that weren't enough, we then received a letter from the law firm representing United Ads demanding that we also pay their legal fees. This is despite our repeated attempts to clarify the situation and the fact that our inquiries went unanswered. I have worked with several agencies before, but I have rarely had such a poor and unprofessional experience as with United Ads. The sales representatives and their online presence may appear professional, but after signing the contract, the service leaves much to be desired. I strongly advise against being deceived by this outward appearance.
