jung & hungrig GmbH

Hello Mr. Wolfram Britsch, Thank you for your feedback. We are naturally very interested to know why you gave us only three stars instead of five, and how you came to this conclusion. None of us know you or have had any prior contact with you, so we find the rating puzzling and, yes, it bothers us. A three-star rating without any further content or comment seems questionable to us, as we naturally want to achieve the best possible feedback, but without any substance, we cannot respond. We therefore assume that your rating was submitted randomly and without any knowledge of our services, and thus without any content. If this is not the case, we would welcome your feedback and explanation here. However, we would always prefer a personal phone call or a face-to-face conversation where we can listen to you, even if you have criticism, rather than anonymously online. We look forward to your reply! Best regards from Felix Thatenhorst & Frank Zimmermann of the advertising agency jung & hungrig
