A friend highly recommended Potes Media agency when we wanted to redesign the large window front of our barbershop. Due to the distance (180km), we were initially skeptical, but then we inquired about design ideas without obligation. After providing the window dimensions and our general requirements, we quickly received several creative design proposals that completely won us over. We also received a fair quote quickly for illuminated advertising in the form of LED letters. We were impressed by the excellent communication and the prompt handling of our inquiries and subsequently commissioned the agency. Everything discussed was implemented professionally and on schedule. We also subsequently ordered business cards, embroidered T-shirts, and price lists for our sidewalk signs through Potes Media, which also went perfectly. We had our website built by Potes Media. The design of the site itself was well executed, and we were initially satisfied with the result. However, after the website was completed and the final payment was made, it turned out that the set-up email inboxes and the calendar weren't working, even though these services were part of the contract. We then tried several times to contact Oliver for assistance in resolving the problem. Initially, he assured us over the phone that he would take care of it. After that, however, there was no further response whatsoever – neither calls nor WhatsApp messages nor emails were answered. The unfortunate impression this creates is that communication is easy as long as payments are outstanding. But as soon as problems arise and support is needed, all contact ceases. We were left to deal with a problem on our own, even though it involved functions that were part of the agreed scope of services and should, of course, work without question. These kinds of issues often only become apparent during operation – which is why it would have been so important to receive at least brief support or feedback at that point. Instead, all our attempts to contact him were ignored. When you pay several thousand euros for a service and are assured beforehand that you will have a contact person for technical or administrative issues even after completion, you expect this promise to be kept. If there is no further response afterward, it unfortunately creates the impression that support ends as soon as the invoice is paid. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
